Shipping policy

Starting January 2021, IPW strictly implements the “No COD Policy”. This is to avoid the risk of conducting transactions with potential bogus buyers and no-show customers. In lieu of the aforementioned policy, please be guided with the updated payment and delivery procedures:

Option 1: Door-to-Door Delivery (D2D): After settling the payment, we will ship your item directly to your preferred location with a standard delivery fee of PHP 950(within Metro Manila area only).

*Note: Estimated time of delivery may take from 5-7 days given the volume of orders that we receive

Option 2: Cash-on-Pickup (COP): Once we’ve confirmed your order, you may personally get the item at our designated pick-up locations. You may opt to pay in cash upon pick-up or settle via online transfer during the pick-up process.

*Note: Please inform us ahead of time for proper pick-up instructions

Option 3: Book Your Own (BYO): After you successfully settled your payment, you can have your items picked-up by booking your preferred delivery couriers.

*Note: Shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer. Please inform us ahead of time for instructions
